    Co-Founder & Principal Engineer

    2025 — PresentRemote

    An AI journaling app focused on mindfulness, release, and emotional clarity.

    • Designed and shipped V1 (Next.js web) and V2 (React Native mobile) end to end, plus the AI operator dashboard for both.
    • Built the contextual prompt engine, streaming reflections, the V1 mood-image pipeline, and the V2 release-and-distill mechanic with bubble-grid memory.
    • 9-month V1 closed beta with 100 invited testers, peak 45 DAU. V2 private beta July 2026.
    • Run product, design, engineering, and brand as the technical co-founder.

  2. Craftwork

    Principal Designer & Full-Stack Developer

    2023 — PresentRemote

    YC-backed residential services platform. Leading design and front-end across the product suite.

    • Worked with the operations team to design the major operator surfaces on Craftwork OS and shipped most of them as one of three full-stack engineers. 15–20 HQ operators run their day on it across three markets, coordinating 50–70 crew members.
    • Shipped the customer portal and marketing site, owning CRO and SEO across paid and organic traffic, and built the Craftwork referral system end to end as a solo project: self-onboarding 37% → 85%, conversion ~4% → ~12% across both channels, ~$250K/month in lead-gen revenue.

    • Own and maintain Craftwork's design system: brand guidelines and HIG (written with the staff designer and CEO), @craftwork/ui component package, Storybook documentation, and Figma parity. Consumed across every product surface from the Turborepo monorepo.
    • Work directly with the founders on product direction, holding the design bar across the engineering team.

    Designer & Frontend Developer

    Techstars-backed, local-first note-taking app for developers.

    • Shared ownership of the UI system and component library, and built components and features across the desktop app.
    • Co-led the full UI rewrite with the founders after scrapping V1.

    A boutique creative studio I started, ran, and sold.

    • Delivered 15+ design systems and marketing sites for early-stage clients, plus ongoing CRO and paid search management.
    • Acquired by Engage Content in 2021 for the client book and lead-gen IP.

  5. Dunstone Company

    Marketing Director

    2013 — 2020Charlotte, NC

    Global aerospace composites manufacturer. In-house designer and digital builder wearing a marketing title.

    • Started as a machine operator and worked up to marketing director, doing all the brand, website, and design work across digital and IRL surfaces, including interactive 3D product demos in Unity and Cinema 4D.
    • Shipped custom lead-gen sites that 3x'd inbound interest to ~40 leads/month.
    • Managed a new-product-development sales territory in parallel, responsible for $1M in annual recurring revenue.
